Shipping and Return Policy

We want you to wear your We Be Raleigh gear with pride!  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@weberaleigh.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Made To Order

We are a small team of 3. We Be Raleigh is a fun business we are proud of, but it doesn't pay all of the bills yet. We all have full time jobs, and on nights and weekends, we do We Be Raleigh.

We make limited quantities so we have very little stock on hand. But don't worry, we have direct Third Party fulfillment capability with another North Carolina partner (who sometimes ships from California, don't ask). 

So how long do you have to wait to get your goods?

We make all of our goods within 7 days of order which means plan on 7-10 days until your products are in hand.

Return Terms

Any items returned within 30 days of the delivery date will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.  Before returning anything to us, please send us an email at info@weberaleigh.com with the subject "returns" or "exchanges" so we can expedite your refund or exchange.  We will not accept any washed or worn items. Availability on exchanges is not guaranteed and is based on current inventory. 

Return Shipping

We Be Raleigh will not cover the return shipping and delivery charges. However, we will send your replacement items with free shipping!

If you received an incorrect item style, color, size or otherwise, contact us for a prepaid return shipping label and we will get the correct item out to you right away.

Note: Some of our tee's may arrive with what appears to be discoloration. This is not an actual problem with the garment. We use a pre-treat before we press our shirts. This causes a visual appearance that looks like it's stained, but after one wash, it looks fresh and clean.
